The IXYS GenX3™ IXGH42N30C3 is a high-performance Planar Trench IGBT designed for demanding power switching applications. This component offers a collector-emitter breakdown voltage of 300V and a continuous collector current rating of 42A, with a pulsed current capability of up to 250A. Featuring a low on-state voltage of 1.85V at 42A and 15V gate drive, it minimizes conduction losses.
