IXYS HiPerFAST™ IGBT IXGH32N60B is a 600V, 60A N-channel Field Stop Trench IGBT with a maximum continuous collector current of 60A and a pulsed collector current of 120A. This device features a low Vce(on) of 2.5V at 15V gate drive and 32A collector current, with a switching energy of 800µJ (off). The gate charge is 125 nC, and typical turn-on and turn-off delays at 25°C are 25ns and 100ns respectively, tested under 480V, 32A, 4.7 Ohm, 15V conditions. Designed for high power switching applications, the IXGH32N60B has a maximum power dissipation of 200W and operates across a temperature range of -55°C to 150°C (TJ).
