The IXYS IGBT NPT IXGH16N170AH1 is a high-voltage power transistor designed for demanding applications. Featuring a collector-emitter breakdown voltage of 1700V and a continuous collector current of 16A (40A pulsed), this component offers robust performance. The NPT (Non-Punch-Through) IGBT structure ensures excellent ruggedness and switching characteristics, with a typical on-state voltage (Vce(on)) of 5V at 15V gate-source voltage and 11A collector current.
