The IXYS GenX3™ IXGH100N30C3 is a high-performance N-channel Trench IGBT designed for demanding power switching applications. This component features a 300V collector-emitter breakdown voltage and a continuous collector current rating of 75A, with a pulsed capability up to 500A. The device offers a low on-state voltage of 1.85V at 15V gate-emitter voltage and 100A collector current. With a maximum power dissipation of 460W and a gate charge of 162 nC, it exhibits efficient switching characteristics, evidenced by switching energies of 230µJ (on) and 520µJ (off) under test conditions of 200V, 50A, 2 Ohm, and 15V.
