The IXYS IXGA48N60C3 is a 600V, 75A GenX3™ series Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) designed for high-power switching applications. Featuring a PT IGBT type with a standard input, this component offers a collector current of 75A (250A pulsed) and a maximum power dissipation of 300W.
