IXYS IXEL40N400 is a high-voltage Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) designed for demanding power applications. This device features a 4000V collector-emitter breakdown voltage and a continuous collector current rating of 90A, with a pulsed capability of 400A. The IXEL40N400 offers a maximum power dissipation of 380W and a low on-state voltage of 3.2V at 15V gate-emitter voltage and 40A collector current.
