The IXYS IXA20RG1200DHG-TUB is a high-performance PT IGBT designed for demanding applications. This component features a 1200V collector-emitter breakdown voltage and a 32A continuous collector current. With a maximum power dissipation of 125W and a low on-state voltage of 2.1V at 15V gate-source voltage and 15A collector current, it offers excellent efficiency.
