The IXYS HiPerFET™ IXFL39N90 is a high-performance N-Channel MOSFET designed for demanding power applications. This device features a 900V drain-source breakdown voltage (Vdss) and a continuous drain current (Id) of 34A at 25°C (Tc). With a maximum on-resistance (Rds On) of 220mOhm at 19.5A and 10V Vgs, it offers efficient power handling with a dissipation capability of 580W (Tc).
