The IXYS IXFA220N06T3 is a high-performance N-Channel Power MOSFET from the HiperFET™, TrenchT3™ series. This component features a 60V drain-source voltage (Vdss) and a continuous drain current (Id) of up to 220A at 25°C (Tc), with a maximum power dissipation of 440W (Tc). The low on-resistance (Rds On) of 4mOhm at 100A and 10V drive voltage, combined with a gate charge (Qg) of 136 nC at 10V, ensures efficient switching.
