IXYS HiPerFRED™ DSEP6-06BS-TRL is a fast recovery diode designed for high-efficiency power switching applications. This surface mount device, housed in a TO-252AA (DPAK) package, offers a 600V reverse voltage rating and a 6A average rectified current capability. Its fast reverse recovery time of 15 ns (trr) and low forward voltage drop of 2.66V at 6A contribute to reduced switching losses. The diode exhibits a typical reverse leakage current of 50 µA at 600V and a junction capacitance of 5pF at 400V. Operating across a junction temperature range of -55°C to 175°C, this component is suitable for use in power supplies, motor control, and industrial automation.
