The IXYS HiPerFRED™ series DSEP29-06BS is a fast recovery diode designed for general-purpose applications. This surface mount component, housed in a TO-263AA package, offers a 600 V reverse voltage rating and a 30 A average rectified current capability. Its fast switching characteristics are evident in the 30 ns reverse recovery time. The forward voltage drop is specified at a maximum of 2.52 V at 30 A. With a junction operating temperature range of -55°C to 175°C and a reverse leakage of 250 µA at 600 V, this device is suitable for demanding power electronics applications in industrial, automotive, and telecommunications sectors. It is supplied in Tape & Reel packaging.
