The IXYS DSEI19-06AS-TRL is a FRED series fast recovery diode designed for general-purpose applications. This surface mount component offers a 600V reverse voltage and a 20A average rectified current. It features a low forward voltage of 1.7V at 16A and a reverse leakage of 50 µA at 600V. The TO-263-3, D2PAK (2 Leads + Tab), TO-263AB package is supplied in Tape & Reel (TR). With a reverse recovery time of 50ns, this diode is suitable for power switching in industrial and automotive applications. The operating junction temperature range is -40°C to 150°C.
