The IXYS DPG15I300PA is a HiPerFRED™ series general-purpose diode with a maximum DC reverse voltage of 300 V and an average rectified forward current handling of 15 A. This through-hole component features a TO-220AC package and exhibits a forward voltage drop of 1.26 V at 15 A. Its fast recovery characteristic, with a typical reverse recovery time (trr) of 35 ns, makes it suitable for demanding switching applications. The reverse leakage current is rated at a low 1 µA at 300 V.
