IXYS VWO85-14IO1 is a 3-phase AC controller module featuring six SCRs. This chassis mount module offers a repetitive peak off-state voltage of 1.4 kV and an average on-state current of 27 A, with an RMS on-state current rating of 59 A. The non-repetitive surge current capability is 520 A at 50 Hz and 560 A at 60 Hz. Gate trigger requirements include a maximum gate trigger current (Igt) of 100 mA and a maximum gate trigger voltage (Vgt) of 1.5 V. The holding current (Ih) is a maximum of 200 mA.
