IXYS VTO70-08IO7 is a 3-phase, all-SCR bridge configuration module designed for high-power applications. This chassis-mount component offers an 800V repetitive peak off-state voltage (VDRM) and a continuous on-state current (IT(AV)) of 70A. The module features a robust FO-T-A package, suitable for demanding industrial environments. With a gate trigger current (IGT) of 100mA maximum and a gate trigger voltage (VGT) of 1.5V maximum, it ensures reliable triggering characteristics. The non-repetitive surge current (ITSM) reaches 550A at 50Hz and 600A at 60Hz, providing excellent protection against transient overloads.
