IXYS MMO230-12IO7 SCR Module. This 1-phase controller module features two SCRs with a repetitive peak off-state voltage of 1.2 kV. It offers a continuous on-state current (IT(AV)) of 105 A and an RMS on-state current (IT(RMS)) of 180 A. The non-repetitive surge current is rated at 2250 A at 50 Hz and 2400 A at 60 Hz. Gate trigger characteristics include a maximum voltage (VGT) of 1.5 V and a maximum current (IGT) of 150 mA. The holding current (IH) is a maximum of 200 mA.
