IXYS MCC250-12IO1 is a dual SCR module featuring a 1200V repetitive peak off-state voltage. This module is configured in a series connection with all SCRs, designed for chassis mounting. It offers a maximum average on-state current of 287A and an RMS on-state current of 450A. The surge current at 50/60Hz non-repetitive is rated at 9000A and 9600A, respectively.
