IXYS MCC250-08IO1 is a dual SCR module featuring an 800V repetitive peak off-state voltage and a 450A RMS on-state current. This all-SCR module is configured in a series connection and utilizes the Y2-DCB package for chassis mounting. It offers a significant surge current capability of 9000A at 50Hz and 9600A at 60Hz. The gate trigger current (Igt) is a maximum of 150mA with a gate trigger voltage (Vgt) maximum of 2V. The component maintains a hold current (Ih) of up to 150mA. Operating within a temperature range of -40°C to 140°C (TJ), this module is suitable for applications in industrial motor control, power supplies, and high-power switching.
