The IXYS DSEP2X61-06A is a HiPerFRED™ series diode module featuring two independent fast recovery diodes within a SOT-227B (miniBLOC) package. Each diode offers a maximum DC reverse voltage of 600V and an average rectified forward current of 60A. The forward voltage drop (Vf) is specified at 2.01V at 60A, with a reverse leakage current of 650 µA at 600V. The diodes exhibit a fast reverse recovery time (trr) of 35 ns. This module is designed for chassis mounting, facilitating efficient thermal management.
