The IXYS HiPerFRED™ DSEP2X31-06A is a dual diode module featuring two independent fast recovery diodes. Each diode is rated for a maximum DC reverse voltage of 600V and an average rectified forward current (Io) of 30A. The forward voltage drop (Vf) is specified at 2.49V at 30A. Reverse leakage current is a maximum of 250 µA at 600V. With a reverse recovery time (trr) of 30 ns, this component is suitable for applications requiring efficient switching.
