The IXYS HiPerFRED™ series DSEC30-06B is a high-performance diode array featuring a common cathode configuration. This component offers a maximum DC reverse voltage of 600V with a low reverse leakage current of 100 µA at 600V. Each diode within the array is rated for an average rectified current of 15A, exhibiting a forward voltage drop of 2.58V at 15A. The fast recovery time (trr) of 35 ns ensures efficient switching performance for applications demanding speeds greater than 200mA (Io). Engineered with standard technology, the DSEC30-06B is housed in a TO-247-3 package, suitable for through-hole mounting.
