The IXYS HiPerFRED™ DSEC29-06AC is a dual diode array featuring a common cathode configuration. This component offers a 600V reverse voltage rating and a substantial 15A average rectified current per diode. Its fast recovery characteristic, with a typical reverse recovery time (trr) of 35 ns, makes it suitable for high-frequency switching applications.
