The IXYS HiPerFRED™ DSEC16-12AS-TRL is a high-performance diode array featuring a common cathode configuration. This component offers a reverse voltage rating of 1200 V and an average rectified current of 10 A per diode. With a fast recovery time of 40 ns, it is suitable for applications requiring efficient switching. The forward voltage drop at 10 A is 2.94 V, and the reverse leakage current is 60 µA at 1200 V. Mounted via surface mount technology, it is supplied in a TO-263-3, D2PAK package, commonly known as TO-263AA, on tape and reel. This diode array finds application in power electronics, including solar inverters, electric vehicle charging, and industrial power supplies, where high voltage and fast switching are critical. The operating junction temperature range is -55°C to 175°C.
