The IXYS Integrated Circuits Division IX2113B is a high-performance half-bridge gate driver IC, packaged in a 16-SOIC surface mount configuration. This device features two independent drivers capable of sourcing and sinking 2A peak output current. Designed to drive IGBTs and N-channel/P-channel MOSFETs, it supports a high-side voltage of up to 600V via a bootstrap supply.
