Intersil's ISL5123IH-T is a single-circuit, SPDT (Single Pole Double Throw) analog switch. This device features a low on-resistance of 20 Ohms maximum, with channel-to-channel matching (?Ron) of 800 mOhms. With a charge injection of 5 pC and channel capacitance of 8 pF (CS(off), CD(off)), it offers excellent signal integrity. Crosstalk is specified at -105 dB at 1 MHz. The switch operates from a single supply voltage range of 2.7V to 12V. Designed for surface mounting, it is supplied in a compact 6-SOT package.
