International Rectifier's IRGP4069-EPBF is a high-performance Trench IGBT designed for demanding applications. This component features a 600 V collector-emitter breakdown voltage and a continuous collector current of 76 A, with a pulsed capability of 105 A. Its low on-state voltage of 1.85 V at 15 V gate-emitter voltage and 35 A collector current, coupled with switching energies of 390 µJ (on) and 632 µJ (off) at 400 V, 35 A, make it suitable for efficient power conversion. The device boasts a maximum power dissipation of 268 W and operates across a wide temperature range of -55°C to 175°C. Packaged in a TO-247AD (TO-247-3) through-hole format, it is ideal for use in industrial motor drives, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), and solar inverters. Gate charge is specified at 104 nC, with typical on and off times of 46 ns and 105 ns, respectively.
