The Intel Enpirion® EZ6303QI is a highly integrated power management IC featuring a triple output configuration. This component combines one 2.2A step-down (buck) regulator with two 300mA linear low-dropout (LDO) regulators, offering a flexible power solution. Operating with an input voltage range of 1.6V to 3.6V, the buck converter supports output voltages from 0.6V to 3V at a 2.5MHz switching frequency. The LDO outputs provide adjustable voltages between 0.9V and 3.3V. Housed in a 40-QFN (7x4) exposed pad package, the EZ6303QI is designed for surface mount applications and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
