Intel Enpirion® EY1501DI-ADJ is a high-performance linear voltage regulator IC. This adjustable positive output regulator delivers up to 1A of current with a low dropout voltage of 212mV at 1A. The device features an input voltage range up to 6V and an adjustable output from 0.8V to 5V. Key control features include Enable, Power Good, and Soft Start for robust power management. Protection mechanisms such as Over Current and Over Temperature are integrated. With a typical quiescent current of 5mA, it offers efficient operation across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. The EY1501DI-ADJ is housed in a compact 10-DFN (3x3) exposed pad package, suitable for surface mounting. Its excellent PSRR performance, ranging from 72dB to 58dB across the 120Hz to 1KHz frequency spectrum, makes it ideal for applications in telecommunications, data centers, and industrial automation where stable power delivery is critical.
