Intel MD2764-45 is a 65536-bit UV erasable programmable read-only memory (UVPROM) organized as 8K words by 8 bits. This MOS technology device features a maximum access time of 450ns and operates asynchronously. It is housed in a 28-lead Ceramic Dual In-line Package (CDIP28) with through-hole mounting. The MD2764-45 offers common I/O with 3-state outputs, a programming voltage of 21V, and operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.
