Intel D2764A-25 is a 65536-bit UV Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (UVPROM) organized as 8K words by 8 bits. This MOS technology device features a maximum access time of 250ns and operates asynchronously with a 5V nominal supply voltage. The output characteristics are 3-state, and the I/O type is common. Housed in a 28-terminal ceramic DIP package with through-hole mounting, it conforms to the R-XDIP-T28 standard.
