Intel Enpirion® 5300 series EN5365QI is a non-isolated Point-of-Load (PoL) DC-DC converter module. This single-output device delivers up to 6A with an adjustable output voltage range from 0.75V to 3.3V. It operates from an input voltage of 2.375V to 5.5V. Key features include remote on/off control via an active-high enable pin, as well as comprehensive protection against over-current (OCP), over-temperature (OTP), over-voltage (OVP), short-circuit (SCP), and under-voltage lockout (UVLO). The EN5365QI exhibits up to 93% efficiency and is designed for surface mount applications, housed in a 58-QFN (12x10) package measuring 12.0mm x 10.0mm x 1.9mm.
