Infineon Technologies TLE series TLE4984CHTE6747HAMA1 is a digital unipolar Hall effect switch. This device features temperature compensation for stable performance across its -40°C to 150°C operating temperature range. The sensor utilizes a South pole detection mechanism with a typical trip magnetic flux density of 13.9mT and a release flux density of 5mT. The output stage is open collector, capable of sinking up to 20mA. Designed for through-hole mounting, it is supplied in a 3-SSIP module (PG-SSO-3-91) and packaged in cut tape. Applications include automotive systems and industrial automation requiring precise speed sensing and position detection. The supply voltage range is 2.7V to 18V, with a maximum supply current of 6mA.
