Infineon Technologies TLE4946H is a digital Hall effect latching sensor for magnetic field detection. This component, part of the TLE series, features an open-collector output and operates with a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 18V. It is designed with temperature compensation for stable operation across its wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 150°C.
