Infineon Technologies IRG4PC40F is a 600V Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) designed for high-power switching applications. This device features a continuous collector current capability of 49A, with a pulsed collector current rating of 200A. The low collector-emitter saturation voltage (Vce(on)) of 1.7V at 15V gate-emitter voltage and 27A collector current, coupled with efficient switching characteristics (switching energy of 370µJ on, 1.81mJ off), makes it suitable for demanding power conversion circuits.
