Infineon Technologies TrenchStop™ IKW40N60DTPXKSA1 is a 600V, 67A N-channel Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) designed for high-performance power switching applications. This Trench Field Stop IGBT features a low on-state voltage of 1.8V at 15V gate-emitter voltage and 40A collector current, with a maximum collector current of 120A pulsed. The device exhibits excellent switching characteristics, with turn-on delay (td(on)) of 18ns and turn-off delay (td(off)) of 222ns at 25°C, and a reverse recovery time (trr) of 87ns. With a maximum power dissipation of 246W and an operating temperature range of -40°C to 175°C, it is suitable for demanding industrial applications such as motor drives, power supplies, and uninterruptible power supplies. The IKW40N60DTPXKSA1 is supplied in the PG-TO247-3 package for through-hole mounting.
