Infineon Technologies TrenchStop® IKW25N120T2FKSA1 is a high-performance IGBT with a collector-emitter breakdown voltage of 1200 V. This device features a continuous collector current capability of 50 A, with a pulsed current rating (Icm) of 100 A. The Trench IGBT technology ensures efficient switching characteristics, as evidenced by a typical turn-on delay (Td(on)) of 27 ns and turn-off delay (Td(off)) of 265 ns at 25°C (tested at 600V, 25A, 16.4 Ohm, 15V). The on-state voltage (Vce(on)) is a maximum of 2.2V at 15V gate-emitter voltage and 25A collector current. With a maximum power dissipation of 349 W and an operating temperature range of -40°C to 175°C, this component is suitable for demanding applications in power factor correction, motor drives, and uninterruptible power supplies. It is supplied in a PG-TO247-3-1 package, designed for through-hole mounting. The gate charge is 120 nC, and the reverse recovery time (trr) is 195 ns.
