Infineon Technologies Trenchstop™ 5 AIKW50N65DH5XKSA1 is a 650V discrete IGBT with a maximum collector current of 150A pulsed and 270W power dissipation. This Trench IGBT features a low on-state voltage of 2.1V at 15V gate-emitter voltage and 50A collector current, with switching energies of 490µJ (on) and 140µJ (off) under test conditions of 400V, 25A, 12O, 15V. The device offers excellent thermal performance with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 175°C. Designed for demanding applications, the AIKW50N65DH5XKSA1 is AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive use. It is supplied in a PG-TO247-3-41 package for through-hole mounting. Typical applications include automotive power systems and industrial power conversion.
