Infineon Technologies P-Channel Power MOSFET, part of the SIPMOS® series, is available in a PG-TO263-3-2 package. This surface mount device features a Drain-to-Source Voltage (Vdss) of 60 V and a continuous Drain current (Id) of 8.8A at 25°C (Ta). With a maximum power dissipation of 42W (Tc) and a low on-resistance (Rds On) of 300mOhm at 6.2A and 10V Vgs, it is suitable for applications requiring efficient power switching. Key parameters include a gate charge (Qg) of 13 nC at 10V and input capacitance (Ciss) of 420 pF at 25V. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 175°C. This MOSFET is commonly utilized in automotive and industrial power management systems.
