Infineon Technologies HEXFET® IRLR7833TRL is an N-Channel Power MOSFET designed for high-current switching applications. This component features a 30V drain-source breakdown voltage (Vdss) and a continuous drain current (Id) capability of 140A at 25°C (Tc). The low on-resistance (Rds On) of 4.5mOhm at 15A and 10V Vgs ensures efficient power transfer, with a maximum power dissipation of 140W (Tc).
The IRLR7833TRL offers a gate charge (Qg) of 50 nC at 4.5V Vgs and an input capacitance (Ciss) of 4010 pF at 15V Vds. It is packaged in a TO-252-3, DPAK (TO-252AA) surface mount configuration and supplied on tape and reel. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 175°C (TJ), with a maximum gate-source voltage (Vgs) of ±20V and a threshold voltage (Vgs(th)) of 2.3V at 250µA. This MOSFET is suitable for automotive and industrial power management systems.
