Infineon Technologies HEXFET® IRFSL3006PBF is a high-performance N-Channel Power MOSFET designed for demanding applications. This component features a 60V drain-source voltage (Vdss) and a continuous drain current (Id) of 195A at 25°C, with a maximum power dissipation of 375W. The low on-resistance (Rds On) of 2.5mOhm at 170A and 10V gate drive voltage, combined with a typical gate charge of 300 nC, ensures efficient switching.
