Infineon Technologies HEXFET® IRFS31N20DTRL is a high-performance N-Channel Power MOSFET designed for demanding applications. This device offers a 200V drain-source voltage (Vdss) and a continuous drain current (Id) of 31A at 25°C (Tc). Featuring a low on-resistance of 82mOhm maximum at 18A and 10V gate drive, it ensures efficient power transfer. The IRFS31N20DTRL is housed in a TO-263-3, D2PAK package for surface mounting, providing excellent thermal performance with a maximum power dissipation of 200W (Tc).
