Infineon Technologies HEXFET® IRFIZ46NPBF is a 55V N-Channel Power MOSFET designed for high-efficiency power switching applications. This device features a low on-resistance of 20mOhm at 19A and 10V Vgs, minimizing conduction losses. With a continuous drain current capability of 33A at 25°C (Tc) and a maximum power dissipation of 45W (Tc), it is suitable for demanding power supply designs, motor control, and automotive applications. The TO-220AB Full-Pak package with through-hole mounting ensures robust thermal performance and ease of integration into existing PCB layouts.
