Infineon Technologies HEXFET® IRF7799L2TRPBF is an N-Channel Power MOSFET designed for high-performance applications. This component features a Drain-to-Source Voltage (Vdss) of 250V and a continuous Drain current (Id) of 35A at 25°C case temperature.
