Infineon Technologies HEXFET® IRF7739L2TRPBF is an N-Channel Power MOSFET designed for high-efficiency power conversion applications. This device features a 40V Drain-Source voltage rating and a continuous drain current capability of 46A at 25°C ambient temperature, scaling to 375A under continuous case conditions. The low on-resistance of 1mOhm at 160A and 10V Vgs ensures minimal conduction losses, complemented by a maximum power dissipation of 125W (Tc). With a gate charge of 330 nC at 10V Vgs and an input capacitance of 11880 pF at 25V Vds, the IRF7739L2TRPBF offers robust switching performance. Packaged in a DirectFET™ Isometric L8 format on tape and reel, it is suitable for surface mounting and finds application in automotive, industrial motor control, and power supply systems. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 175°C.
