Infineon Technologies HEXFET® IRF7467TR is an N-Channel Power MOSFET designed for efficient switching applications. This device features a 30V drain-source breakdown voltage and a continuous drain current capability of 11A at 25°C ambient. The low on-resistance of 12mOhm at 11A and 10V Vgs ensures minimal conduction losses. With a gate charge (Qg) of 32 nC at 4.5V and input capacitance (Ciss) of 2530 pF at 15V, it is optimized for fast switching speeds. The MOSFET offers a maximum power dissipation of 2.5W (Ta) and operates across a wide temperature range of -55°C to 150°C. Packaged in an 8-SOIC (0.154", 3.90mm Width) and supplied on tape and reel, the IRF7467TR is suitable for use in power management, automotive, and industrial control systems.
