Infineon Technologies HEXFET® IRF7466TR is an N-Channel Power MOSFET designed for high-efficiency switching applications. This component features a Drain-Source Voltage (Vdss) of 30 V and a continuous Drain Current (Id) of 11 A at 25°C. The low on-resistance (Rds On) of 12.5 mOhm at 11 A and 10 V gate drive, combined with a Gate Charge (Qg) of 23 nC at 4.5 V, ensures minimal conduction and switching losses. With a maximum power dissipation of 2.5 W at 25°C and operating temperature range of -55°C to 150°C, it is suitable for demanding environments. The 8-SOIC (0.154", 3.90mm Width) surface mount package, supplied on tape and reel, facilitates automated assembly. Applications include power management, motor control, and battery-powered devices within the consumer electronics and industrial automation sectors.
