Infineon Technologies HEXFET® IRF7463 is an N-Channel Power MOSFET designed for high-efficiency switching applications. This component features a 30 V drain-to-source voltage and a continuous drain current of 14 A at 25°C, with a maximum power dissipation of 2.5 W.
