Infineon Technologies HEXFET® IRF7452TRPBF is an N-Channel Power MOSFET designed for high-efficiency switching applications. This device features a Drain-to-Source Voltage (Vdss) of 100V and a continuous Drain Current (Id) of 4.5A at 25°C ambient. The Rds(On) is specified at a maximum of 60mOhm when driven at 10V with an Id of 2.7A.
