Infineon Technologies HEXFET® IRF6718L2TRPBF is an N-Channel Power MOSFET designed for high-efficiency switching applications. This device features a 25V drain-source breakdown voltage and a continuous drain current capability of 61A at ambient temperature and 270A at case temperature. With a low on-resistance of 0.7mOhm at 61A and 10V Vgs, it minimizes conduction losses. The MOSFET supports gate drive voltages from 4.5V to 10V, with a maximum gate charge of 96 nC at 4.5V. Input capacitance (Ciss) is rated at 6500 pF maximum at 13V. The IRF6718L2TRPBF utilizes the DirectFET™ Isometric L6 package, enabling efficient thermal management with a maximum power dissipation of 4.3W (Ta) and 83W (Tc) across an operating temperature range of -55°C to 175°C. This component is suitable for use in automotive, industrial, and power supply applications.
