Infineon Technologies HEXFET® IRF6603TR1 is an N-Channel Power MOSFET designed for high-efficiency power conversion applications. This component features a 30V drain-source breakdown voltage and a continuous drain current capability of 27A at 25°C ambient temperature, scaling to 92A at 25°C case temperature. The device exhibits a low on-resistance of 3.4 mOhm maximum at 25A and 10V Vgs. Its DirectFET™ Isometric MT package, suitable for surface mounting, offers excellent thermal performance with a maximum power dissipation of 3.6W (Ta) and 42W (Tc).
